Frank Harrell is a Professor of Biostatistics at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, who specializes in the development of accurate prognostic and diagnostic models, clinical trials, observational clinical research, and Bayesian methods.
In his talk, he will tell us about his journey from Frequentist to Bayesian statistics while comparing their theoretical underpinnings and practical applications in medical research.
